IFC Trust Fund - The Most Global Conversation
The trust fund is extremely important for three reasons. It will give some seed money to government to do more PPPs, because those PPPs are the part, the public part in the financing that need to be financed. But we are convinced at IFC that we should not be a remake of the past. Part of the production of the economy generated by this adaptation should be located in developing countries. And there is a greater champion for that than my system goes in here.
