The first part of this banking fiasco has been because of their safest investments, you know, government securities. What could create round two would be problems in the loan book. You mentioned earlier commercial real estate. That's definitely a problem. Especially office, which is a disaster. We're seeing crophy properties in some cities changing hands at 20 to 30 cents on the dollar. So that's an issue now. I think it's one of the most confusing times I've ever seen. No, it is.
