Susan's Book Review - Is This Really Going to Work?

Julia Louis-Dreyfus wrote a cookbook with simka and louisette. She rewrote it, retested it even changed the order of the chapters because she thought if you started with sauces, that's too frenchy. Susan sees the outcome as good en it is. But my point is, she probably ought to have written her own coka book instead of pushing these ladies out of their project,. Right? They got caught up in it.
