The Problem With Interpol's Notice Board
In the aftermath of 9-11, all different parts of the world were bringing their systems online. Anyone can put something up on that notice board and there is no checking,. No looking at the veracity of the detail. So for a long time, there were no safeguards. But in 2014, there was a new secretary general of Interpol.
