Cognitive Load Theory and Its Implications for Literacy and Language

Language is where a lot of cognitive load comes from. So consider that if kids are asking the same questions over and over or not doing what they're supposed to do following directions it's possible that one of the reasons why isn't explained well. One possibility could be that they had too many other things that they were trying to hold in their mind simultaneously. I think all of this is just laid in with implications.
