The Consumerist View of Convenience
CIPD research highlights a lack of evidence-based principles to inform what programs look like and how they're designed. Just 11% in our 2021 survey said they included any kind of explicit role for design, which is really low. I feel like there's something here about almost a kind of consumerist view of convenience that sits alongside some of the shifts that we've seen over the last few years.
