Judge Jackson's Compatibility in the Supreme Court
Mark O'Mara: We don't actually have any one on the supreme court who has sat in and done this sort of work that live is describing, of trying cases. He says judge jackson did beautifully in her seven years or so on the federal court in d c. She seems to have conducted trials very fairly, he says. And it would be lovely if a justice catang brown could bring that same perspective - his own style.
