i really overvalue a work product that i can observe and assess. And so i ttend to personally place a little bit less emphasis on a behavioral interview. If you're just like scanning a lington profile, what school did this person go to? What company did they work at? A somebody might be a really great interviewer, but they might not be really lik down to do the work. I your approach to hiding people, you personally help me. So know that you are in a position where you can really empower existing leaders and have them grow as well as bring in new talent.
