There is a funny attitude towards asking ats tof questions. People see, might see is dim. When i was working for apple, i would often ask o colleagues what they thought about a particular problem. And quite a few of them thought that i wasn't very good. But you're always asking me for advice. An, it's always good to double check, yo. It would be arrogant of me not to. The trick is just to alter their perception by making your questions statements. So subtle, but on conscious level, that person relates to you completely differently. Youre amoving hierarchy, and you're creating equality by guiding the conversation. so you're the curious learner
In this episode Nasos & Andrea discuss: how to ask great questions, the role of curiosity in progress and the impact of modern media and technology on expertise, sensemaking and democracy.
