Is There a Lot of You in Harry Bosch?

I wanted to write crime fiction when I was 19, and I didn't publish a book until I was 35. So it's neither a, it's too much of a long shot proposition to ever be thinking about, oh, I'm gonna become a bestseller or anything like that. You know, the concept is I hope this is a good book. I hope someone other than my mother will read it someday. And what happens on those days when you're just not feeling it, but you've got a deadline to reach? Well, what compels you to keep going? Or do you take a day off?
