Is the Sacrament Really Present?
If there's not a sufficient consideration of what's going on, you know, you can consider more attentive meditation. The approach to the sacrament should be informed primarily by the theological virtues and growing union with christ. If i'm being crucified, if i don't feel anything, who cares? Right? It's jesus christ is present. That's what matters.
