What Causes Trama?

The most recent studies have showed us the event that happened to this child when they were six is not what has caused drama. What builds that drama? It's the its the time that happens in between the event and later, whatever later is. In that amount of time, and it could be years and years and years, shame, silence and the like starts to fester.
