Will AI Play Random Computer Games at Human Level?

I think this technology will be ready in the next five years, although it might suffer from the self-driving car problem where you need more nines of reliability than it can provide. In 2028, will an AI be able to play randomly selected computer games at human level, given the chance to train via self-play? It's showing a 67% chance. Another prediction market question? Can we make an AI that will create a full-length major motion picture to your specifications? I don't care if it's one order of magnitudes slower, just not millions of times slower. And it will do it.
