Is There a Decentralized Jurisprudence?
There are a lot of what we could call legal activity going on in our space. There needs to be an enforcement of the law, otherwise it's just words on a page. The natural state of affairs is folks will respond to incentives using this new technology that now exists and ignore us and whatever we care about,. And we want to stop them from doing they thing. That doesn't strike me as a good justification for bringing so many more cops to bear against block chains.
