Melissa Leon: We've already seen some inklings that this court is not as studiously neutral as Brett Kavanaugh would have us believe. She says we will see if the court decides to side with this lunatic challenge to medication abortion which it didn't do on the shadow docket but who knows if they actually hear full arguments on this case and decide to somehow either curtail or limit the availability of mephopristone then you know obviously this will give the lie to that suggestion that the court is not going to set nationwide abortion policy, she says. leon: It's hard to take this very seriously but i think it is to be seen what the supreme court is going to
