When COVID came around, it really was the silver lining of that. It forced us to adopt what Spencer has already been doing because we knew we could do so much virtually. As an endocrinologist, a lot of what we do is we talk, we learn about patients' history and look at their blood work. I don't have to physically see people all the time.
