I think she's probably the best direct to consumer marketer that exists. And she's very protective of her brand. My theory on the Ticketmaster debacle was that she liked it. She ultimately liked the fact that she broke the system that she was so popular. There's just been this sort of whirlwind acceptance of Taylor across culture.
