It's the restrictive covenants that many of these existing retailers have that need to be adjusted. Swim schools are another thing I think in that category. And they are rightly upset about the fact that leases are a long way away from catching up. But nevertheless, I'm with you. It's these non-traditional usage that create the foot traffic.
