The Voting of the People in Erbit
If there is a big disagreement about how things should move forward among galactic senate, one half of the galactic senate could choose to go in a different direction. But ultimately, the the populace of erbit, the entire citizenry, would vote with their feet. And so you getting booted from a group because everyone hates you can happen on erbit, like it can happen anywhere else. That doesn't automaticaly boot you from all other groups.
