What Can the Left Learn From Movement Conservatism?
In this moment of extreme danger and uncertainty, as the left tries to struggle for a more humane response to the challenges we face, what can be learned from the success of movement conservatism? I think one possible answer would be that at the end of he day, there is no real substitute for winning and gaining power. And sometimes just being like, ok, look, we just need o electoral politics altogether won't necessarily result in electoral victories if you haven't done a lot of organizing,. building the communities and institutions that are necessary to win.
