The Importance of Diversity in the Startup Scene
Most tech companies these days are white, pale and heavy. I think there is a nice, nice or very dangerous event for us to go to. It is easy to impose certain practices that we think might improve diversity but actually they are promote exclusion. We need to always consider when we're hiring, why are we hiring? What's it for? And ultimately, it's for growth,. So we don't want to be hiring the same people that we currently have.
