What Are the Lessons You've Learned From Ecology?

Whitney: I have been trying to go on walks where i don't look at my phone the entire walk, and i don't listen to anything either. When you're focusing, when you re direct your attention on something else, like nature, like birds, like the trees, right? Then you sort of get out of your own mind. And it also has very concrete lessons, at least that i have learned from observing and learning about ecology in particular.
