Would this conservative court disturb the marvel universe? We are at a notal point in supreme court jurisprudence with respect to copyright law. It is likely that this case will not come before the sproon court until next october, at the earliest. And my understanding is that justice bryer is likely to be off the court at that point,. In which case we will have a supreme court that is truly bereft of any deep knowledge or experience with the copyright laws of the united states.
