How to Film a Swimming Set

If you don't have a friend or, you know, coach there to film you, then what I'd suggest is, if you've got a phone just front and side views. Just make sure you're far enough away from the camera so probably a lane across so you can see everything that's happening. You can get like a tripod with bendable legs that you can wrap around something or sit on the bottom of the pool and angle it. So it takes a little bit to get set up but once you've got it like it's very easy  and the swimmers that I coach are just like yep alright alright five minutes so I can film these different angles and I just
