While Sarajane is spending this quarter writing her next book, she will be sharing her personal favorite episodes from this last year. In today's replay episode, Sarajane starts by speaking to all the theories surrounding the enneagram and why she refers to them as such. She shares how she sees it all as theory, takes what works for her and encourages us to do the same. She then talks about Sandra Maitri's theory of the soul child, which essentially teaches that as children we were the number that we go to in rest and somewhere along the line we received the message that it was not okay to be that way so we developed our dominant type pattern as a response.
