Henry IV and the Gacha
Henry IV and his entire court were promptly poisoned and almost died. Now the Welsh were backers of Richard II, but because they loved instability in England. So if you back the guy that just got ousted, you know, you can kind of stir up some trouble. When Henry IV recovered he's like, we got to throw down with the Welsh. This is what we got to do. Like this, you poison the king and your furniture the second. And they have this sort of border wars and skirmishes and all this kind of stuff.
