The Feds Have to Come in Strong and Not Back Off
I think the feds have to come in strong and not back off. And there are some state players, particularly the director of water resources in Arizona which is the most junior. We have one other benefit though this year in that in the inflation reduction act by administration gave $4 billion to the Department of Interior to help with this. So I think something to watch is how they spend that money on a combination of structural or temporary ways.
