The Negative GDP Revisions in 2022
The job market data that we look at is a survey. We could see some substantive downward revision in the estimated job growth so far this year. I wasn't terribly surprised by the slowdown in prices throughout last year. The idea is that most homeowners with mortgages are roughly speaking, 120 to 130 million households.
