Can Single Family Rentals Be More Resilient to a Downturn?
Ben: It's easy to understand how demand for single-family rental could be a little bit more resilient to a downturn because it'll send some people who can no longer afford housing to rentals. I hadn't considered the idea that because it's a little bit less riskier to build, that the supply side response to that demand will also be a little faster and a little bit More Elastic.
