The Horror of Working for a Major Label With a $2 Budget
I only work with the majors in minority. I have mostly focused on independent artists. It's not equitable for them to come to me with a small budget and expect a big budget. Most major labels are also run by accountants, not creative AMR people. When I do an independent record in the budget small, well, I have more ownership or attachments to it.
