Is Thiamine Having a Positive Effect on My Mood?

"I was on this trip and I was kind of pounding my nervous system a fair bit. And I start to feel like, hey, I'm low on thiamine again," he says. "So I took thiamine and it was like, whoa, that just completely went away." He then started taking other vitamins with higher dosages in order to see if they had the same effect. The results were surprising: B12 didn't seem to have any effects at all.
