The Importance of Female Body and Special Equipment in Football
There's not been more research, especially with the amount of issues that we're getting at them in it. I didn't even think it'd be probably possible in my sort of time as a footballer to have female specific boots so I'm kind of over the moon to see the progression. And yeah, just want it to carry on growing. With all the loading and stuff of international games and World Cups and euros, Olympics, I think players need more rest. No, it doesn't need to be like massive breaks, but if there can be a little bit more rest within the weeks or especially for the girls in Champions League.
