The Real Estate Bubble Is in Trouble

This is a much bigger financial crisis. It's a much bigger real estate crisis. This bubble not only includes residential real estate because rates were at zero for a decade, but it includes a gigantic commercial real estate bubble that has just run into the mother of all pins. The markets are still distorted and interest rates still have a long way to go up. I'm going to be heading back to the US early tomorrow morning. I got to hurry up and pack and get to bed.
