Microgreens are my favorite food. They have the same amount of nutrients in them when they're born as they do when they're big. You can get a hundred times the nutrient value by eating a handful of microgreens and you can eating a whole bowl full of salad green. So it's much better to do microgreens. Getting your fat, soluble nutrients, vitamin D, vitamin A is also really important. And I'm going to add in also sprouts can be really helpful too. Yeah. Well, Wendy, it's been awesome.
