The FCC's Power to Regulate Media Outlets

There is, it seems like a constant confusion about what the FCC has the power to do with respect to media outlets. In practical terms, you know, people have all sorts of ways of getting their message out. And we've basically created this odd situation where what were the places you had to go if you wanted to broadcast to a mass audience have now become this reservation.
