I don't think all churn is bad, but I will say even in that meeting, not that long ago, we were talking about a customer who was potentially churning. For me as a CS leader to where you feel the pressure of the churn number,. I looked around the table at all my peers and said, are we all okay with this customer churning? And every head was nodding and I was like, I will personally do whatever I can do to keep this customer. So I don't even know if that answered your question, but that's what we, that'swhat we've got. No, but that'm a great way to mitigate churn."
