The show starts off with a few minutes of business then there's an intro which we're doing right now. It just takes a while because it serves a dual purpose of also a lot of people wind down during the intro They're getting ready for bed or they're already in bed And I'm helping ease you off in a bedtime. That's really the goal Because this podcast doesn't really work in an instantaneous way. Some people listen to it during the day to relax and then some people skip the story You say well, where's the story? And I say about 15. If you want to skip it just go 18 to 20 minutes into the show and then you'll get it there
