The Boomer's Portfolios Are Larger Than They've Been for a Long Time
Boomer's portfolios are larger, even relative to their houses than they've been in the last few decades. It took like the Boomer generation to start flipping houses and treating it as an investment. Same thing that now they're doing with these fractional ownership of art, wine, et cetera. When you unlock an asset class from a liquidity perspective or financialize it via fractionalization, it's going to fundamentally change how that asset class behaves.
