The Impact of Low Software Maturity on the UX Team

Being on a team with low overall software maturity could kill your professional growth. Processes are totally inconsistent, people don't tend to collaborate and there's tons of silos. UX is usually not involved at a high level; we aren't involved with discovery or planning. We get limited resources and support. There's no way to measure the success of anything that we design and build. It'll lead to burnout and ultimately just losing interest in your work.
