The Future of the Internet

As a consumer, abundance is good, but you can't get rich selling stuff that's infinitely available for free. The modern world has developed ways to get rich by selling electronic goods such as Microsoft Word. One possible future is that the world will be increasingly like that, at least for some people. Technological progress will make basic necessities of life increasingly abundant and less fun.
