The Geo-Centrics of History

The story of Galileo is definitely complicated. He did end the rest of his life in house arrest. There were contemporaneous thinkers at the time who had an understanding, plausible understanding of how cosmology worked. And so therefore it doesn't work as an apologetic to say, yeah, they wouldn't have understood it if God had actually told the truth in the Bible.
