Water in California

There are parts of california that don't have strong water rights. Projections are that about a million acres out of nine ten million acres in california will to go follow still producing, because of forations. E want t stay away from elock. If we can occasionally get a farm that has risky water, but is selling at an amazing price, and we can bundle it with other farms, then maybe the risk is worth taking.
