Do Rich People Have Responsibility to Help Society?

If you have a lot of money, you're going to be taxed a lot anyway. Money donated to charity in nearly all countries avoids most taxation. Only each individual knows what their true intentions are. Buti think if you have that much money, if you're in the billions, then you do have responsibility to give back and help society.
