Is It an Ethics Violation?
It is incredibly unusual to hear in real time, fly on the wall reporting about disagreements within a prosecutorial team. I think it's an ethics violation. Or if it's not, it should be. In no way shape or form was this felt to be a slam dunk prosecution by any one in that office. Even the things you hear about the two prosecutors who stepped down, one of them said, i believe one of them is quoted as saying, again, i can't vouch for the veracity of it. But it sounds credible to me that it's a righteous case. And we should have paraphrasing here, but essentially, we should our shot. It would be absurd
