I think there's a data framework somewhere to be made that offers this as a service. It turns every branching logic in an app into something configurable and optimizable, whether by human or machine. The hard part is one, getting the data and then two implementing it in a lightweight fashion. You just have to make it an open secret that this is the best way to do to make apps. Yeah.
