How Long Does It Take to Develop Habits?

Once you have developed a habit, you will to it, even if the alternative is objectively easier. Wendy has a nice example of this from her own life. She sometimes goes biking with a friend who's a professional cyclist. And then after we'd been cycling for maybe an hour and a half, she would start speeding up. It indicates that im the habit is not necessarily the easiest or low effort thing to do.
