Toby, who is bedridden with this terminal illness, the funding for his care has been halftand is unable to get the support that he needs. So he takes this to the tribunal. What happens when he gets there? The same thing that happens to a lot of people under the nd s. It got stuck am in the tribunal. And so they had been waiting since i spoke to them in the middle of last year. They were still waiting when i got a fall a couple of weeks ago now, from toby's mother, angela tine.
