In Brazil, in terms of working age population, this stock of people will stagnate. If you don't attract human capital from outside Brazil, it's going to be a struggle to catch up with advanced economies. A lot of talent has moved to Sao Paulo several years ago or to other cities across South America where they might have a better standard of living. The mayor of Rio de Janeiro is trying to change that and become the tech center of South America.
