I love runt the runway because i do a lot of stuff on camera, and it's nice. I like whoop, which i've got on myarm band right now. Taking breaks is a habit that i most love. Having a standing desk, standing up. Taking brakes standing up. The fundamental unit of growth is the individual. It's not failure that limits disruption; its shame.
