Sufism in the Contemporary Context
I think one of the great contributions of the book is just you captured such a rich kind of diversity of different expressions of Sufism in Iran across like institutionalized and non institutionalized sufism individual relationships conversations with soupy teachers. I found that people that word they used a lot was a mile that application for their everyday lives it was not just a sort of escapist paradigm, but something they could use to navigate the trials and tribulation. And lastly, as you mentioned sort of the first chapter, I also wanted to kind of argue for the really sort of diffuse nature of Sufi or particularly categories of air fun esoteric thought within, you know, the Iranian intellectual sphere.
